Peanuts mom had to go into a nursing home. He and his cat mates were put outside by a family member to fend for themselves. He was usually bullied by the other cats and the last one to eat. He is a lover not a fighter. He will be slow to get used to you but once he trusts you he will be a "biscuit making" love bug who adores to be brushed. He would be best suited in a home where he can be the sole kitty with no children or loud noises.He is on a Urinary care diet. Peanut has excellent litter box usage and has had no accidents. He just has many crystals in his bladder that needs to be monitored.He is skittish but sweet once he trusts you. Peanut is searching for a person who will be patient with him while he gets to know you. He has been through a lot and deserves a loving home committed to helping him through his trauma.*** a courtesy post means that this cat is NOT part of Forever love Rescue. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and rabies vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
