Gorgeous sisters Papillon and Penne have come a long way since being rescued from behind a restaurant in Bed Stuy with many other kitties. They were being fed by the kind women who do the cooking there, but lucky for them, our rescuers scooped them up and brought them indoors and now they're ready for a wonderful home. Papillon and Penne are so sweet together and are both little purring machines who love being around their foster parents in the kitchen and living room. Papillon is a stereotypical cat in that she likes her meals on time and she likes cozying up to her humans, but her top priority is sunning herself whenever possible. This playful girl is always up for a game of catch and she will happily chase her favorite ball, no matter who's throwing it. She also loves to investigate every nook and cranny of the house. Her sister Penne is a sweetheart who loves to sniff and lick her humans and will roll on the floor at your feet when she wants some love. She also loves food and can be adorably vocal and rambunctious at mealtime. But she purrs with unabashed joy at chin scratches and she enjoys a thorough grooming session with firm brush strokes. Papillon and Penne are about 8 months old, are spayed and microchipped, are up to date on all vaccinations and have tested fiv-/felv-. They are a bonded pair who must be adopted together.
