RescueCats, Inc. Date of birth: 8/1/22. Photos taken on 8/26/23. **Update - this sweet kitty loves to talk and wants to be petted. Meet NOVA STARR. This is a bio from his previous owner: He's not aggressive towards people or children (no hissing, spitting, or scratching) he's more of an avoider if he doesn't want to interact or be petted. He will sit within 'watching' distance until he's comfortable with people. He's definitely independent and very confident. I have been unable to find employment which required me to change my living situation (my living situation has changed drastically). I have no income and the homeowner with whom I live 'hates cats' and is threatening to throw us both out if I don't find a home for him. I feel like we're both walking on eggshells and since he's talkative I try to keep him away from the owner as much as possible but they still complain about him making noise and will make a comment every time they see him. NOVA STARR is one year old and tested positive for FIV - Since he can't be around the other cats in our rescue, we need to find a home for him quickly. He's scared in a cage so please adopt him. He comes with a bag of food, cat litter and a litter box. He is neutered, treated for fleas & worms, tested negative for FeLV and POSITIVE for FIV, vaccinated for RCP and Rabies and microchipped. Adoption fee $175.00.(The fee would normally be $225.00 but the discount is being offered to get him adopted quickly.
