The adoption fee is waived for Nels and ALL Desperate Housecats!Nels is a friendly, chatty boy who is affectionate and will gladly put his head in your hands so you can pet him. Nels showed up on someone`s property and really wanted to stay, in fact he wanted to go inside their house and be friends with their cats! He may be shy at first when getting to know new people, but with a little patience and a slow introduction he warms up pretty quickly.Nels is in our Cactus Cat program and is receiving lots of positive encouragement from his foster parents through Cat Pawsitive clicker training. We think Nels is a succulent. These Cactus Cats are low-maintenance and easygoing. With plenty of treats and slow, steady trust-building, you could find common ground and friendship!
