MustardWhen our owner's health began to fail, I was brought to the HSHC along with my siblings, Ketchup, Mayo, and Relish. We are known as the Condiment Cats! I am the oldest at 3 years of age. When I first arrived, all I could do was hang out in my Kitty Kasa and feel sorry for myself. I missed my home and my owner. But given some time, I've learned that life goes on and it's better to be happy than sad. Today, the interviewer lady (IL) came to my Roaming Room and sat outside my Kasa. She was SO surprised when I came out and sniffed her! I, too, was shocked at how much I enjoyed her petting me and scratching my chin. I almost cuddled up on her lap, but she noticed my nose was running, and I couldn't breathe well. She called the medical staff to give me a look, and sure enough, I was going to Sick Bay. But the IL told me she loved me and that I would find my forever home quickly because I'm handsome and charming! 8-16-23
