Mona is about 5 years old, and she came to the shelter because her owner could no longer care for her. * SPECIAL NEEDS - Mona has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia. It is not contagious to other cats. Affecting the cerebellum in the brain, this condition can cause uncoordinated walking, loss of balance, and tremors. This condition does not change the expected lifespan of a cat. Some modifications to the home environment may be helpful and/or necessary to help Mona live her best life with this condition. * Mona qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion program, for approved adopters aged 50+
