Mittens was an addition to our family on Christmas Day 2014 as a kitten (born 10/2014). She is very sweet and affectionate and loves to play with her toys and snuggling with you on the couch. She will "groom" you and those days where we are away she is always extra attentive when we return. She is litter box trained (top entry) and an indoor-only cat. She has medium-long hair so she needs some brushing now and then to avoid hair clumps, but not professional). Over the years there have been some changes in our family and a pattern of issues has come up with Mittens involving the presence of other animals. She does not like other cats. She tolerates dogs, but she tends to act out in negative ways including urinating on their beds and other areas they like to lay. She needs to be the only animal in the home; unfortunately due to family blending this is not possible and I am hoping to find a loving home for her, hopefully with children to love and play with her as mine did for years.
