Hello there, my name is Medusa! I am a moody little lady who loves gentle pets! Unfortunately, I was abandoned at the shelter, so my staff friends don't know anything about my life before being dumped on the property. I am on the hunt for my forever family who will be courteous of my handling issues and understanding of how easily I get overwhelmed. Since being at the shelter, I have come out of my shell and although it took me some time, I now allow my staff friends to pet my head and scratch my chin! I don't love being pet on my body and will quickly correct any touching I don't love with a little swat of my paw. I just know I am ready for a new home. I quite enjoy snacking on a variety of treats and snuggling up on a cozy spot for a snooze. I would do best in a home where I am a queen and get showered with love when I want it; I would also do well in a house with adults and older kids who will allow me to grow and open up on my terms.
