LONG STAY 50% REDUCED ADOPTION FEE THROUGH SEPTEMBER: $75! Meatball is a fun-loving, high-energy guy who wants to play, play, play. He enjoys playing with and chasing toys, and wrestling with his playmates. He plays hard! He likes to reboot by snuggling beside a human, but his main goal in life is to play! With his littermates, he was the leader of the pack, so he would do best with another high energy cat or a cat savvy, playful dog. He does well with people (adults and children alike) and the resident dog and whatever kitten buddy he has been paired with in a foster home. He shares his food fine with his kitten friends but doesn't like to share with the adult cats in his foster home. He is currently hanging out with a new friend, Eider, in his foster home, and they get along well and share a small space well when foster mom is out of the house but Meatball does not love being at PetSmart during adoption events so he goes into a separate crate while he is there.Meet Meatball at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd on Saturday, 12-4pm, during our regular adoption event. You can also apply online to adopt to schedule a meet and greet another time too. All kittens are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccines, FELV/FIV tested, microchipped, given a few rounds of dewormer and started on monthly flea preventative.His adoption fee is currently reduced to $75 (normally $150) as he has been waiting awhile now and all his siblings and friends have been adopted. He is ready to make new friends! All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption.
