Matthew was trapped as part of a TNVR project. He was found to be pretty sweet, so it was evident he didn't need to out on the streets. He is cautious and unfortunately has regressed due to going to adoption events that scared him. In the right house his playful personality will come back out. Matthew gets along with other cats and is very gentle with the little foster kittens. September 8, 2023, 7:53 am
