Hello everyone! My name is Mars, and I am a 9 year old black and white kitty! I came into RVHS 7 years ago, and I've spent those years here helping manage the shelter, keeping the staff in line, and making sure everything is running properly. As much as I love my job and the people here, I am ready to find my retirement home to live out my golden years in. I would need somewhere that would allow me to be an indoor/outdoor kitty and come and go as I please, as there's nothing I love more than fresh air and lounging in the sun! I prefer attention on my terms, but I may allow you to give me extra attention if you feed me treats or breakfast in the morning!If interested in adopting me, please fill out an application on www.roguevalleyhumanesociety.org, or stop by the shelter anytime Monday-Saturday 12-4 to visit me! All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites.
