Hi, my name is Kohl! I was rescued as a kitten in the Kohl’s parking lot (thus, my name!) Unfortunately, I escaped outside and went on the lam for 3 years—hanging around for food, but never allowing anyone to bring me back inside. But as time went on, I got really friendly toward people, following them around to chat and ask for pets. Recently, I allowed one of the rescue’s helpers to pick me up and carry me back inside. Life outdoors sure wasn’t the glamorous gig I’d hoped for, and I’m glad to be an indoor girl now. I really enjoy getting pets and having long conversations, especially if you tell me how pretty I am! I’m not a huge fan of being picked up. I enjoy yummy food, both wet and dry, and I adore cozy places to curl up for a nice long nap. I do like toys, especially feather toys, and hope for a family that will spend a lot of time playing with me! I’m a really sweet, laid back and affectionate young lady. From a parking lot, to life on the lam, to finally being safe inside, my life has been quite the adventure so far! I want my next adventure to include a loving family, and a safe, cozy home to call my very own.
