This Jelly Bean is sweet & savors every bit of affection you can give her! She was found wandering the streets with a very obvious jaw injury. Heartland took her in and got her seen by a vet who determined the injury was an old injury most likely caused by being hit by a car. Her jaw was definitely broken years ago and had healed in a crooked position. Jelly Bean has no problem eating & drinking so it was decided that trying to straighten/repair the injury would cause more harm than good. Jelly Bean has been spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccinations and also had an extensive dental done to help with broken teeth from her jaw injury and for some tartar build up. Jelly Bean is a very sweet lap kitty and really, really enjoys being brushed. She does not really like other cats but would be ok with an older kitty as long as they are not prone to bullying. We do not know Jelly Bean's age but estimate that she is around 7-8 years old. September 9, 2023, 10:05 pm
