This shy girl is Jackie! She's a nervous cat that has had a hard time adjusting to shelter life. Jackie and her sister, Roseanne, were brought to Michigan Humane after their owner unfortunately passed. We know these girls are sweet and friendly, but they are struggling to show us that side of their personalities here. Jackie seems mostly laid back and likes to lounge about, she hides when she's nervous and she sometimes is easily startled. She is a social cat and does enjoy attention, but she needs to work up to it and will take some time to settle into her new home. Jacki will likely do best in a quieter home with older kids and low traffic. Once comfortable, we are hoping that this girl will shine, because we know she can and we are hopeful that her new family will help her do so!
