Meet Isis, the fabulous senior tortoiseshell cat with a sassy attitude and a whole lot of Tortietude! She's a true diva who knows exactly what she wants. While she's not a fan of being held, she'll happily claim her spot on your chest while you relax in your recliner, binge-watching TV. But be warned, her affectionate moments can quickly turn into a 'nope, not anymore' situation – she's got her own rules! Isis takes her time to warm up to new humans, but once she does, there's no turning back. She'll let you know when it's breakfast time with gentle nips or, if you're a heavy sleeper, a strategically timed throw-up session. Ah, the joys of being a cat owner, right? In the wee hours of the morning, Isis might surprise you with her energetic 4 am zoomies. Age is just a number for this playful girl! And don't be alarmed if you catch her suspiciously eyeing her reflection in the mirror – she's simply admiring her own fabulousness. While Isis has lived with other cats in the past and tolerated them, she's ready to embrace her golden years as the one and only feline queen in your life. A perfect match for Isis would be someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule, ensuring she doesn't spend more than 8 hours alone each day. Currently, Isis is on medication for her hyperthyroidism, but don't worry, she's a pro at taking her pills via pill pockets disguised as tasty treats (the cost is about $5/mo, but does require regular vet visits to monitor her levels). She also follows a prescription kidney food diet due to being in the early stages of kidney disease and appreciates having access to plenty of fresh water.
