Gustof is a great 11 year old white and black cat who came to up to Maine from our animal rescue partners in Tennessee. This handsome guy is FIV positive, and is a real charmer with his sweet expression and rather adorable ears. He arrived at HART with a very ragged coat and a skin infection, as well as some health issues related to severe allergies and a previous history of urinary obstruction. He is also a diabetic kitty that is being controlled with a low-carb canned food only diet and insulin.Despite some tough beginnings, he is a very friendly cat who gets along well with the other cats in his room. Gustof enjoys attention and face scratches, and he would love to spend his senior years in comfort, sharing a home with a family of his very own.
