Gus and his litter mate, Lily, were rescued from a auto junkyard in late 2019. I adopted both of them in summer of 2020, and raised them as indoor/outdoor cats. I moved into town with my new husband in 2021 and the cats acclimated to a new home/environment. We are now retired and plan on traveling, so it is with heavy heart that I am looking for a new home for them. In addition, my husband has a cat allergy and we have had to limit the amount of time that the cats spend inside due to his reaction to dander. Gus is very friendly, acts more like a dog, and has many people friends in our cul de sac. Lily is more reserved; although after warming up, can be very loving. They enjoy playing outside; chasing one another, catching the occasional mole or vole, or lying in the sun. They sleep inside at night and come and go during the day. Both are litter box trained. They are really very sweet cats! They are approximately 4 years old.
