We have two female kittens that are nervous of humans. We’ve been working with them and they have made some progress over time, but they are still nervous. Overtime, in a quiet and understanding home, they may become more social and affectionate. But we are sad to see them growing up here. They are sisters and are close to each other, but do not need to go to the same home. We are ideally looking for an indoor home for them, but since they are more nervous of people, they may thrive and do better as outdoor cats, so we are making an exception for them. Their mom was a feral cat and lived outdoors and they did as well prior to coming to us. This is KitKat and Gravy. They are about 5 months old. KitKat is the tortie and Gravy is the gray. They both love to greet people when it’s breakfast and dinner time. Overtime they have for the most part stopped hiding from us and are more curious with what us humans are all about. She is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV/heartworm tested and is negative for all 3. She is current on age appropriate vaccinations and is on flea prevention. She is also negative for fecal parasites. The $25.00 adoption fee ( payable by cash or check only ) includes: spay/neuter; vaccinations; microchip; fecal testing w/ giardia, flea prevention, and FIV/FeLV testing. Cats for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application.
