Hi, I'm Gala and I am 2 years old. I am a pretty female with sleek black fur. The road I've traveled has been full of ups and downs... You see, I was owner surrendered to a kill shelter with 3 babies who were just days old. The shelter kindly reached out to TAPS and they had a foster home for us! We went to live with a foster family, but I was sick by the time we came and I lost 2 of my babies. I am well now and loving all the attention and affection the staff and volunteers show me. I really like pets and give head bumps for more, although, I am somewhat timid...but who wouldn't be if they'd been through what I have?? I am not a big fan of toys, but will watch and take an occasional swipe at them. I do love the sun and like to nature watch or sunbathe in a windowsill. I am friendly, quiet, and sweet. Give me a chance to get settled and you'll have a best friend for life! Please fill out an online application and lets get to know each other!
