Meet Franklin! Franklin came to the Shelter via a good samaritan who had been feeding his mama when they saw that she has some newborns with her. They brought her to the Shelter for safety so we could help her to take care of her kids. Franklin was only 4 days old when he entered the Shelter. A wonderful foster home took them in and gave them TLC and prepared the whole family for adoption. Here is what the foster family has to say about Franklin: ` Easily startled, but curious and playful. Accepts affection. Cautious about dog. ` Interested in meeting this kitty?
