Meet this adorable brother-sister duo!Florence (female, black and white) and Smokey (male, gray and white) are a bonded pair of siblings. In their first foster home, they were with dogs and other cats. In their current foster home, they get along well with the other cats in the foster room. Florence was very skittish, but has warmed up so much in my home. She now seeks attention and loves to be petted. She is funny, playful and adorable. Even when she was more shy, she still liked to be near me. She is also adventurous - she was the first one to climb up the cages and the tower, and the first one in the 'ballpit'! Smokey is the more confident one. He is sweet, affectionate and loves attention. When I do a puzzle in the room, he likes to steal pieces and run away with them! He will lie on the puzzle and want to be near me. He LOVES to be petted. He has the cutest little meow when he wants food or attention. He will climb on my lap for cuddles. His favorite toy is the round cat scratcher with the ball that spins around the track. They both have such long tails! Florence and Smokey chase each other, wrestle and play with toys together. Check out the videos below of Smokey hiding under a rug then popping out to scare Florence, and of Smokey playing with Florence's tail. 8/13/23 Note: A lovely couple came to visit my foster room. Guess who was the 1st cat to come out of hiding and interact with them? Florence! She and Smokey enjoyed meeting the people, getting petted, playing with the wand toy, and getting a squeeze-up treat. They've come such a long way! They just need a patient, loving person to give them a chance to feel comfortable in a new place. Apply today to meet this adorable pair!
