I was rescued on a cold rainy morning. I was so happy to have a warm bed & roof over my head I just couldn’t stop purring! But then my rescuer noticed I was lactating so I had to be put back outside so I could care for my kittens hidden away far underneath a house. A month later I was recaptured along with my 3 gorgeous babies, who all eventually found new homes - now it's my turn! I'm only a little over a year old and still very playful. I tolerate other cats, but would prefer to be the only one. And I'm not a big fan of dogs because of my bad experiences with them when I lived on the street. I'm very sweet and affectionate, but do have a sassy side and will let you know when you've displeased me. For that reason, I would probably do best in a home with either no kids or those that are older and understand how to tell when I don't like what they're doing to me. I may be beautiful, but I'm a tough cookie, and I attach myself very deeply with my favorite person. I've been fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and flea-free.
