Ember is a year-old calico cat that came to PCAPS in June. She arrived with an injured leg, and was very underweight, then developed an upper respiratory infection, poor kitty! Despite this rough start, she is a very social, playful girl. Her leg is doing well, she has recovered from her illness, and she is happily gaining weight at her foster home. Her foster family report she is close to being a `foster fail` because she is so wonderful, they`d consider keeping her permanently! She likes people and follows them around the house just to be near them. She enjoys sitting next to and on laps and loves playing too. Ember gets along very well with the two older cats in the home but is scared of dogs, especially when they bark! The perfect home for her would have another cat or two, and no dogs.
