Elphie is a beautiful black kitten named after a lead character in Wicked who makes our heart smile. She has become her foster mom's work assistant, checking on her throughout the day and napping by my keyboard while she take work calls. She is the last one to come up for dinner and head to bed each night, and she loves to sleep on top of the cat tree. She also enjoys playing with the round cat scratcher with a ball. Elphie, Glennie, Jake and Elwood were born to Nessa Rose on April 4, 2023. Nessa gave birth to her kittens, after being trapped at a Delco colony as part of Forgotten Cats TNR program. The four kittens spend their days playing and napping together. They are curious, playful, and sweet. They are quality control inspectors, shelf dusters, laundry helpers, toy tester, litter box scoop supervisors and cuddlers! They love to play whether it be running through the house, playing hide and seek with each other, wrestling or playing with their toys. Elphie would do best to be adopted with her sister or in a home with another cat. She is a character! The kittens get along well with the foster's four resident cats but have not been exposed to dogs. They are currently on a wet-food diet, eating many different brands, love to be brushed, and are learning to get their nails clipped! They are litter-box trained and do not scratch furniture!
