Ella is a sweet and petite female cat who is 1.5 years old. Despite her shyness, Ella has a warm and friendly personality that shines through once she feels comfortable. Since being in the Shy Angels program Ella has become a lot more confident in herself and more outgoing to the volunteers at the shelter. Ella will now lay on her back and let you give her belly rubs that she thoroughly enjoys. She will however get a little over stimulated, so you need to be able to read her signs. Ella should be placed in a home with children over 12. Ella loves to play with peacock feathers and a stringy toy with a mouse on the end of it. Ella's previous guardians had to surrender her due to a new family member developing allergies. However, this presents an opportunity for Ella to find a new home where she can be cherished and adored for the beautiful feline she is. Upon her exam when surrendered to HART the vet saw some old trauma that would require her new owner to have an established vet relationship. She showed signs of a broken foot, dislocated knee and broken pelvis. This has led to some arthritis in this young kitty.Ella may take some time to adjust to new surroundings and people, but with patience and understanding, Ella will surely blossom into a loving companion.
