Dumpling was a neighborhood Tomcat who decided he wanted to be a housecat one winter morning. We have been fostering him for a few months and he is the best! This sweet boy is up to date on his shots and neutered. He is a wonderful, loving cat with loud purrs and a desire to cuddle with humans. This cat would do best in a home without dogs and a human who is able to give him the loving attention he deserves. He does great with other cats and has been a wonderful friend to a kitten we have been fostering.
