Hi, my name is Doris. When the staff first found me, I was living amongst the shelter's feral cat colony. I ended up having 4 babies! The staff ended up trapping me and my babies, then brought us safely inside. I was very skeptical of the staff at first and did not trust them. After a while I began trusting a few select staff members and started asking them for pets. Sometimes I was a little rough when asking because it was confusing to me but slowly, I learned to be kind when asking for pets. It takes me awhile to trust new people, so you must work to earn my trust. I will accept all the pets once we become friends. My babies are all grown and now it is my time to find my furever home. I would love to find a calm quiet home with other kitties. No dogs or young children as they are scary. Doris is 2 years old, spayed, and vaccinated.
