Meet George, a loving and handsome indoor cat looking for more space to run around in. While George will be 11 this year, he’s showing no signs of slowing down! He regularly jumps up over six feet to the top of my armoire and loves to explore the world around him. He’s as curious as the day I adopted him 10 years ago and enjoys every box, closet, underbed, and hidey hole in his space, as well as watching birds on the balcony from his perch. He loves snuggling on my shoulder. George can be endearingly talkative, when wondering where you are and why you’re not paying attention to him, sometimes sounding almost as if he’s saying, "Mom!" Water that drips from a faucet - or is in your cup! - is a great attraction for him. He's a bit sensitive to the vacuum cleaner and sharp noises, and he doesn't like thunder or fireworks - what cat does?!I'd love for George to find a welcoming shoulder and a perch in the sunlight.
