Adopt Cotton a All Black Domestic Shorthair / Mixed cat in Port Richey

Cotton is a special needs kitty. He is 6 months old, black short haired Manx. He was born with Manx Syndrome. Manx cats are famous for being a tailless breed. Most of the time that is all that differentiates them. For Cotton, he has a spinal malformation. He looks like a normal cat from the "waist up, and his back legs are malformed, and he has no tail. He cannot use them to walk. However, he can move them and does have some feeling. He is a super sweet boy, does not let any of this slow him down. He is super-fast and gets around very well walking on his front paws. He is on the quiet side, but he LOVES head scratches and pets. He gets along well with others. He currently has a "brother from another mother, who is also special needs as his bunkmate. He loves to play with the ball tower and scratching pole. He likes to show off how high he can climb. He is not a fan of baths but realizes that he needs them. Cotton is available for adoption through The Runaways Animal Rescue. Experience with special needs animals is preferred, but not required. His care really is not that complicated. He is micro chipped, neutered, fiv/felv tested, on current flea meds, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and dewormed. Adoption application is below.
