Corbin is a very sweet but confident boy. He likes to roam around and explore his surroundings. He is still learning to trust people but is very affectionate once he gets to know you. He can be very sweet with people he knows but will likely need extra time with appropriate introductions to new people. He likes to have his cheeks, chin, neck and head scratched when he is initiating interaction. He does not like it when you try to reach towards his face and head directly. He enjoys pets but can become overstimulated. It is recommended to avoid hand play and provide interactive play with toys or treats to redirect his attention. He should have time to relax between petting sessions to help eliminate in any mouthy responses. Due to Corbin being more selective with his interaction style, children in the home should be teenage + with experienced owners. He may do well with other calm cats with a slow introduction but is required no dogs in the home. Once Corbin has a routine and structure, he does well with his interactions and loves to bird watch and supervise his two legged friends. Adoption Fee Waived
