Make room on your bed and in your heart for this certified lover boy!When Patchy isn’t talking your ear off, he is likely curled up on the nearest fuzzy blanket. He is almost two years old, and has all the amazing qualities of a Virgo kitty! Patchy wants nothing more than to watch his humans from the highest perch (but he may fall asleep while on duty). Patchy is incredibly perceptive and clever, and he enjoys any toy that will exhaust him mentally and physically. Patchy’s future parent(s) should expect to spare no expense when it comes to buying him new mouses, mylar balls, or yarn balls - because he will lose them constantly!Patchy has blossomed in foster care - physically and mentally. He came to PAWS from a previous owner after fracturing his hind leg. Despite his pain in the shelter, he was always a friendly favorite of the staff constantly talking their ears off. However, the presence of other stressed cats caused him a bit of anxiety. So while he hasn’t lived with another cat, he likely would do best on his own. After two months of crate rest (and a lot of cabin fever in his playpen), Patchy’s leg fracture healed!Patchy is so much calmer and happier now that his leg has healed and the pain has subsided. He trusts his humans and wants nothing more than to follow them around all day. When his humans are busy, he keeps himself occupied with any toy that keeps him running. He has come back from his injury with more energy than ever, so a household with extra space for zoomies is a plus! He is also extremely adventurous and enjoys walking around with his humans in his pet stroller.
