Annie needs an experienced cat owner. Because of this, she has been waiting for quite sometime to be adopted. Abandoned by her family, she doesn’t have a lot of reason to trust humans. She can be a challenge but she can also be a love. It all has to be on her terms. She will head butt your hand for pets then immediately decide to hiss at you. We do not believe she would fit in well with children because they wouldn’t be able to read her signals. She needs a family to call her own & a home where she can feel safe. If you can give her that & the time to acclimate, you may be one of the lucky ones & get to see her marshmallow heart. We believe there is a human for every kitty! Are you up for the challenge? Annie’s foster has discovered that one on one, she is a sweetheart. She is easily overwhelmed by too many ppl & animals. It explains why she was so cranky at the pet store. If she can be an only, she is super sweet. She’s a very smart, petite little girl that would probably enjoy a catio or screened in porch. Don’t have one? That’s ok. She would love to spend time with you in your bedroom or wherever you happen to be. We know the purrfect human is just waiting to meet you Annie. There are ppl that want a single cat.
