Adley is a beautiful, outgoing, 2 1/2 year old patch tabby with white girl whose fur comes in autumn colors, browns and orange. She came to HART from a rescue partner in Milo, ME. She seems to be doing ok with her roommates after an initial period of warning them off with hisses if they approached too close to her. However, she does like to keep to herself. She just adores getting pets and scratches, but does become overstimulated if you start to pet her away from her head. She will give you a little nip to let you know that she is becoming a bit unsure of the situation. But when she wants that attention, Adley positions herself so you can definitely provide it to her. Recently, we've noted she is putting herself out there more to visitors and when you sit, she rushes over to sit in your lap.Her ideal home would be one with patient parents and cat savvy kids over 12 years of age.
