Hi, my name is Sherman! My oh my, aren’t I handsome? I’m a big hunk of a cat who’s ready to find a home that’s perfect for me. I am a very sweet guy who loves being petted. I am a pet hogger and when you stop petting me I usually whack one of my friends in protest. I love sleeping up high on the cat shelves here at the sanctuary. I love treats and food - especially Churu. I also like playing with toys and wrestling my cat friends. I am not a fan of being held or sitting on laps, but with time that may change. I have excellent litter box habits. I need a family that understands it will take me a while to adjust to my new home - I’ll be worth the wait! Come meet me between 1-5pm to see if I would be a good match for your family! I am fully vetted: neutered, FIV&FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. We welcome you to visit our sanctuary to snuggle with our furballs. You may even end up going home with one...or two!!! Adoption fees vary from $50.00 to 150.00. You always need to remember our cats come with baggage. Lots of them were treated badly by people and it has taken time for them to trust us. They may need to come out of their shells once you adopt them. You need to give them time to see you are not going to hurt them. We love our Furballs and want good homes for all of them. Please remember it is all about the cats for us. We only adopt out our Furballs to people within 2-3 hours of our sanctuary because of the baggage they come with. This does not include some of the cats in foster care (contact their foster parents for more information).Shelter locationOur visiting hours are from 1-5pm every day.
