Tootsie Pop can be a shy guy at first and likes to burrow himself under some blankets to feel safe. But with just a few pets, he'll POP right out to say hello and ask for more attention! Tootsie Pop, like his name, just needs a little work on his outer shell to get to his soft side! He's an easy going, laid back older guy who doesn't look his age and can't wait to show you how much life he has left! Do you have a sweet teeth?
