*AVAILABLE FOR PRE ADOPTION * *AFTER JULY4TH*Hi my name is Phoebe, and like my namesake I am a funny and unique girl. Did you know that female black cats are rare? Only about 25% of black cats are female! So, just like my Mama I am a special girl. I love to play and often growl at my brothers if they try to take my toys, pretty cute stuff from a tiny kitten! I do like cuddles and love from my human foster family so no worries there. Just so you are aware of my background I was born under a house and the nice people that lived there saved me, my brothers and my Mama. Now we are living the good life at my foster home, but really want a forever home to grow up in. I would love to go home with one of my brothers or even my Mom, Rachel, but a house with other cats to keep me company would be great too. I haven't been around kids or dogs so not sure about that yet. I still need to get spayed, chipped, and one more vaccination and I will be good to go.
