Moonshine is a brave kitten with a heartwarming spirit, despite having only one eye (after removal due to a terrible rupture before he arrived into our care), he is a curious explorer who loves playing with feather toys and chasing around his foster sister, Fire Marshall Jan. Despite his playful side, Moonshine also adores cuddling up on laps or next to someone on the couch. If you can see that your Moonshine's person, apply to adopt him today!Meet Moonshine and his friend, Fire Marshall Jan, at PetSmart, Bleachery Blvd during our weekly adoption event from 12-4pm on Saturday. Get $50 off a pair of kittens. All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines, micrcochipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
