Here's Pinky, the sweet little girl with the big personality. This beautiful pastel tortie girl, now about 3 months old (DOB ~ 3/21/24), was living among more than 14 kittens and several adult cats in an open yard, facing dim odds of surviving all the dangers of living on the streets. One very compassionate woman then undertook to become TNR certified and rescue all those cats, and Pinky, along with several others, have now found their way to KittyKind. Pinky is a cuddle bug, who will nuzzle right up to you for affection. She may hide at first, but once she gains confidence, her favorite thing in the world is a good session of pets and scritches. And, she just happens to be the most playful kitten you'll ever meet! She loves her plushies and bell balls and can entertain herself indefinitely! Pinky is currently in a foster home living with a chihuahua who intrigues her no end and provides her with a much-needed animal companion:They often chase each other and then end up napping together during the day. She is a vocal little girl, but her tiny meow seems a bit incongruous with her fearless spirit! This affectionate, playful sweetheart must be adopted into a home with a young playful cat (or dog) companion.Pinky is negative for FIV and FeLV, up-to-date on vaccinations, and will be spayed when age appropriate. To adopt Pinky, email XXXX@kittykind.org.Adoption processAll cats and kittens are vaccinated and tested for FELV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), and if old enough, are neutered or spayed.We will ask you some questions about your home and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have. Adopting a pet is a long-term commitment. We ask you to sign the KittyKind Adoption Agreement.We will always take a cat back FOR ANY REASON. We will also work with you to place her in another good home if (after a period of adjustment) the adoption doesn't work out. We do ask for a $125 adoption fee to help cover some of our food and veterinary expenses.
