Meet Jane Austen! Jane Austen is a cute tuxedo with the most curious eyes. She is soft, silky with the most luxurious fur. Jane loves to be with people. She wants to sit with you and receive all the pets and chin scratches. She loves to be petted so much that she will gently paw at you if you aren't paying enough attention to her. If her foster home Jane is around doggos. She is mostly indifferent. Jane and her babies were rescued from a backyard. Jane has been a great mom, but she is ready to be a pampered house cat and leave the mom life behind. Est DOB: 12 t0 18 months **************************************Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.Adoption processWe are a foster based rescue and all our kitties live with their foster families until they find their furever homes. We get to know our kitties and can answer questions regarding behaviors and personality. Our adoption process is a little different than a traditional shelter. We ask that potential adopters complete an application and brief phone screen. Meet and greets are scheduled at our adoption events or with the foster.
