Hi, my name is Cantaloupe. I am a very handsome orange male tabby kitten. I have been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. My mommy, Honeydew, was rescued by our very loving foster mommy before we were born. Our foster mom was out trapping and found our very pregnant mommy and brought her home to allow her to give birth and raise us. My foster mom says I am going to be a big boy. My brother, Melon, and I were born on March 22, 2024, and we almost weigh 4 pounds. Yes, my mommy fed us well, LOL! I am a very playful and sweet boy. Oh..did I mention how cute I am? I love playing with the toy mice, little plastic balls with bells in them. I love it when my foster mom scratches my ears and chin. I should be just fine with other cats, cat-friendly dogs, and children as long as there is a proper and slow introduction. If you are looking for a big, orange furball to love, please let the rescue know.Adoption processAny kitten or cat adopted through Kitten & Animal Rescue Advocates must 1) be an indoor only cat, and 2) may NOT be declawed.Shelter locationPotential adopters are always encouraged to reach out to the rescue and do a meet and greet. Additionally, we do have cats at the Petsmart at Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway and host adoption events at the Petsmart in Goodyear (Cotton Lane).
