Hi! I'm Mugsy! I was found outside—no one knows where I came from. I'm about 3 years old. I've had all my shots, been fixed, and I'm ready to find my fur-ever home! I still play with toys, and love relaxing in your bathroom sink. I enjoy water from a fountain... but a faucet is even better!
