Meet Cornbread! Cornbread is a beautiful cream-colored female tabby. Did you know she is super special?? Fun fact: 80% of orange tabbies are males! But we knew she was special from the first day we met her! Cornbread has the cutest little white cheeks that make you fall in love at first sight. She has a carefree and sweet personality. She likes to sit upright in your lap like a person while watching the world around you. She has the sweetest little purr that makes your heart melt. She doesn’t sit for very long though. As soon as she is done getting her pets in, she is ready to wrestle her big brother, Carrot! She loves to pounce and then scurry away. She’s smart and calculated in her little sneak attacks. She will make sure your home is never boring, haha! This sweet girl really enjoys playing with her string toys and loves, loves, loves cat trees. You can typically find her nestled in her cat tree on the highest tower. She would like to request a cat tree in every room of her forever home! Cornbread is also very smart and a quick learner. She is a master at the litter box – she is always making sure everything is clean and tidy. Cornbread is in an amazing foster home that is teaching him what it’s like to be loved! She is currently fostered with another foster kitten, Carrot, as well as the resident cats and dogs. She does great with everyone in the household. She was a little nervous initially meeting the dogs of the household, but with proper introductions we think she would do just fine in a home with cat-savvy dogs. Our cats are brought to you in style by a beautiful private bus, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you! The adoption fee is $450 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
