Meet Chia, a petite brown tabby with the most gorgeous big green eyes! Chia is about 2 years old and was a wonderful mother to her five kittens. Now that they have all been adopted, Chia is ready to find her own furr-ever home. Chia enjoys a gentle head pet, as well as scratches along her back, and shows her appreciation by making biscuits and purring softly. She is a low-maintenance kitty who eats both wet and dry food, keeps herself very clean, and is a tidy litter-box user. Chia loves to spend her afternoons looking out the window from her hammock. Chia requires a slow approach when it comes to affection and people. She is still learning to fully trust humans and her ideal owner will let her take the lead regarding pets and cuddles. Over time, there is no doubt that she will become a wonderful companion. Chia would do best in a quieter household with adults and older children. She would likely be fine with other calm cats or a calm dog with a proper introduction. Chia is up-to-date on her vaccinations and is spayed.
