Meet Joel!!! Joel is a super playful and cuddly brown tabby kitten who is approximately 2 months old. His favorite toys are cotton balls and toy springs. When he’s not playing, he loves to cuddle. He gets along with other cats and loves to be around people. He will run over to his foster family purring as soon as he sees them. Joel has not been exposed to dogs. Joel is neutered and up to date on vaccines. He is playing at our Willow Grove PetSmart adoption center. Before, he was in a foster family, which consisted of two resident cats, two young kids, and a varying number of other fosters. During the application process, our volunteers will check vet info, medical history and rental contracts, if applicable, and personal references. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your application. Every cat has received at least $400.00 worth of medical treatment.
