Adopt Wyatt Earp a Brown Tabby Tabby (short coat) cat in Sherman Oaks

Location:
Sherman Oaks, CA
Description:

Meet Wyatt Earp, a handsome, gentle, brown, striped Tabby boy with round eyes and sweet demeanor. This boy was abandoned outside as a young juvenile by someone who moved away. Neighbors thought he had a home but I trapped him when I was trying to catch a big-headed Tom who showed up at our townhouse property. At first, I thought he was the same cat but quickly realized this boy was much younger and smaller. But, he was still intact so I had to get him fully vetted. Now that he's had some time to live indoors, again, he's become such a cuddle bug... who LOVES to be held, lay in your lap or sit by you - while you work at the computer or watch TV. Wyatt is VERY social and loves the companionship of other cats so he'll do best in a home with at least one, other, young/youngish cat. Also, he'll need an experienced adopter who'll be able to continue working with him on trusting humans... since he can still get spooked easily - by people or sounds he doesn't know. You'll find Wyatt's complete rescue journey chronicled in Photo Album #32 on our Facebook page: "Save The Leadwell Kitties"... including videos and updates. Wyatt's adoption will include his:* Neuter surgery,* De-worming,* FVRCP vaccinations,* Rabies vaccination,* Combo-test (for FIV/FeLV = negative),* Flea and mite treatment (with Revolution),* and Micro chipping! ~ $150. adoption fee, adoption contract and home check apply / $250 for a pair ~ * Please only contact us if you'll be making this handsome fella a permanent member of your household and will be keeping him safe indoors. ** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home! Having a playmate will keep them happier, healthier and out of trouble. **We offer a discount when adopting a pair! Interested in becoming a much-needed foster? Please send us a message with your best contact info, the type of home environment you can provide and, most-importantly, the City in which you live. Thanks!
