Shy Guy is a sweet and timid boy. He's ready to settle down in a quiet home with his Mama Kitty who he loves very much. Shy Guy is very insecure and relies on his Mama for comfort, therefore it doesn't feel right to separate them. Shy Guy needs an owner with the patience to deal with his timidness. It is likely that he will always be a little bit afraid of you, but if you apply a gentle approach, sometimes he will come out of his shell and show you affection. Because of his timidness, Shy Guy is not an appropriate pet for homes with dogs or children or homes that are noisy. He might do okay with other cats so long as that cat is friendly. Shy Guy doesn't really understand boundaries so he won't do well with a cat that needs their space. We reccomend keeping him exclusively inside, as he likes to run out in the middle of roads.
