Zoey is a 4 year old, slinky, shy, and quirky black cat. She is very cautious of strangers, scared of loud environments and tends to come out when it gets dark. But once she warms up to you, she'll curl up and lovingly take all the pets, pats and ear scratches you can give her. She loves to meow with you and ask for food when she's hungry. We adopted her when she was just a kitten. Her Mom was found on the street in the Bay Area California. We are sadly looking for a new home for Zoey because our family now has a 3 year old and a newborn. Needless to say, this has introduced a lot of noise and chaos into her life which has been extremely hard for her to adjust to. And despite our efforts to "catify" our home with hiding holes, cat trees, and no kid zones, Zoey has been stressed to the point of peeing outside the litterbox multiple times. After multiple vet visits, we have confirmed there is no reason other than her environment. She needs a quiet loving home to thrive in.
