Bane belonged to my sister, who passed away in 2020. She lived with my elderly mother (94) and she took care of him as best as she could at that age. My mother can no longer live alone and is moving in with other adult children, who have a 70 lb dog that the cat is afraid of. The cat shouldn't have to live in fear of leaving my mothers bedroom and needs a home with no dogs or children.
