Description:
We rescued Shio as a kitten from our back alley along with his sister and Mom. They've been adopted, but Shio is still looking for his forever home! He always wants to be in the same room as you and will follow you like a shadow. He loves getting pets, especially getting his belly rubbed, and loves getting brushed too. He's young (less than 1 y.o.) and loves to play. He's also very vocal, chittering and cooing (and meowing when he wants something!). He's a superstar with the litterbox (no accidents), doesn't scratch furniture (super good with his scratching boards), and has no interest in escaping either. He has a shy and cautious personality, so he does take some time to open up to new people. For the cat sitters we've used, it's about 3-4 visits, so it's not too long. Since he's a scaredy cat, he won't be good with dogs or children. We raised him with his sister so he should be good with other cats. He doesn't love being picked up but will tolerate it, and isn't a lap cat (yet!).
