This is Maui. He is a 17.5 year old orange tabby. He has been apart of our family since he was adopted in 2007. He was found and rescued by a coworker of my dad in a parking lot in San Fernando valley in the shade underneath a car tire. My dad adopted him after he met him when he was smaller than the size of a hand. As years have gone on he has remained relatively healthy however he is now in an environment in which we cannot take care of. My family is now separated and Maui has been living with my mom in her one bedroom apartment for two years. My mom is diagnosed with Lupus, an auto immune disorder, and her doctors have advised her having a cat with her is having a negative impact on her health and she should get rid of him. He is relatively healthy. He is not able to eat dry food and has been fed Fancy Feast his whole life. He has all of his claws. His fur sheds. He is a very affectionate animal to us. He does not have vet check ups. Please help this blessed cat find a home!
